Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://brownemprovementz.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Our Services. BrownEmproveMentz delivers House Cleaning, School Cleaning, Hospital Cleaning, Restaurant Cleaning, Pressure Washing. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. BrownEmproveMentz (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. BrownEmproveMentz does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, BrownEmproveMentz's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify BrownEmproveMentz from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CO law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CO for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. BrownEmproveMentz reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
